1. We are dealing in online business; hence we prefer to complete the whole process via online.
2. All items are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
3. Postage fee is excluded in the quoted price.
4. All items price are non-negotiable.
5. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
6. We sell only genuine, original and authentic products.
7. Sold items come with their original boxes, original tags and sealing on them.
8. Warranty starts from the date of delivery.
9. Full refunds guaranteed in case we are unable to ship out items by more than 10 days.
10. All pictures/colors are for illustration only, unless otherwise specified.
11. There might be some color difference compare with actual items due to lighting and monitor settings.
12. Due to human measurement method is used; there might be a 1-2cm variation. This is considered as accepted normal tolerance.
13. We only accept payment via FPX, PayPal, and Online Bank Transfer.
14. We will not be responsible against postage lost or damage. All items are inspected thoroughly before delivery.
15. We will ship out your item within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if the shipment will be later than 10 working days. A shipment tracking reference number will also be updated to you after item is posted out.
16. Please contact us first if you have a problem with an item. We will try to work something out with you to make you happy with the purchase.

18. Please allow 24-48hrs for replying your email during weekdays. No email will be replied during weekends.
