Return & Refund
RETURN POLICY
- Damages upon receiving must be reported within 24-hours.
- All items must be returned in the original brand new condition within 15 days from the invoice date.
- The returned goods/products should be in the original condition. All original tags and the packaging must be included in your return package.
- If the goods/products has been used or found to be worn, scratch or damaged by the user, there will not be eligible for an exchange.
- We in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective or wrong item shipped.
- All decision on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision.
- We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their exchange within 15 working days after the confirmation.
- Kindly contact us at info@excelcarecordyc.com by giving details of items, serial number, purchase date types of damage. Attaching the photo of damages is highly appreciated.
- All transportation charges and insurance to and fro incurred are at the expense of the owner.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Further instruction will be given accordingly, if any.
- If you pay via Paypal, out of stock item will not be fully refunded since e.g. Paypal has charged Seller with transaction fee charges of 3.5% (credit card). You can either change to our other products listed online or request for a refund. For example, You pay MYR 100 via credit card: MYR 100 – 3.5% = MYR 96.5 only will be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@excelcarecordyc.com
- For an approved return payment, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@excelcarecordyc.com.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more bulk items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WARRANTY POLICY
- This warranty is valid for a one time replacement of the purchased item. Should the product be unavailable at the time a replacement is requested, we will refund you the money you paid for the part less shipping and handling charges. To obtain performance of this warranty, you should contact us and return the product as we instruct at your expense. A dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the product is within the warranty period will be required in order to honor your claim. This warranty is limited to the original customer, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.
- Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts in connection with the product and inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear or normal consumption of the product. Additional terms conditions are subject to manufacturer’s discretion.
- To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the product covered by it, whether for negligence or otherwise. We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as telephone calls, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, personal injury damages, etc. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by one of our officers.
- We and our subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, manufacturers, content providers, team members, agents, Officers, and Directors will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, any form of bodily injury, property damage, damage to other parts of the vehicle in which the parts was installed, or similar damages, even if one of us has been advised of such damages. In no event will our collective liability to any party (regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the cost of replacing the part sold.
